The JEMS Games registration fee is $100 per team.
The first 10 teams to register to compete in the JEMS Games will receive free Gold Passes for their members! Once the first 10 teams have signed up, if you would like to attend the conference you will need to pay for registration in addition to the $100 team fee.
Prizes awarded to the top three teams:
Teams include 3 members and 1 alternate (optional). Entry is limited to the first 25 teams.
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO ENSURE YOUR TEAM IS REGISTERED TO COMPETE:
1. Fill out the form below. Team Member #1 will be EMS Today's main contact for your team.
2. ALL team members must complete, sign and return three releases: Code of Conduct, Liability, Model. These forms will also be available to download in PDF format when the form below is submitted as part of step #1.
3. Team Member #1 will receive an invoice via email, with instructions on how to pay the $100 team fee. You may pay online or via check sent by mail.
