Crated, boxed or skidded materials will be accepted between Wednesday, February 1 and Wednesday, February 22 at the above address. The warehouse will accept freight Monday through Friday between 8am-4pm. EMS Today 2012 is pleased to offer a 10% discount to its exhibitors on material handling charges when prepaid by February 13, 2012. Please refer to the Exhibitor Prepaid Material Handling 10% Discount Form listed above. Company checks (no credit cards or wire tranfers) are the only method of payment accepted forthis program, see form for more details.

Shipments to show site should not be shipped to arrive prior to 8:00am on Wednesday, February 29 if you have a vehicle or are a targeted exhibitor and scheduled to move in on this day—view the color-coded target map (1MB)
Please contact FREEMAN at 301-918-7975 if you have questions regarding move-in times and dates. Any shipments received at show site after the show opens will be assessed an after-deadline charge. FREEMAN will prepare your outbound material handling agreement and labels in advance. Complete the Material Handling Order Form located in the General Contractor section and your paper work will be available at show site. Be sure your carrier knows the company name and booth number when making arrangements for shipping your exhibit at the close of show. All carriers must check in by 7:00pm on Saturday, March 3. Outbound overtime handling charges will apply.
All items not ordered through the official show contractors may be subject to material handling charges and are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Important: Any packages shipped directly to the Baltimore Convention Center via courier (DHL, Fedex, UPS etc), must arrive no earlier than Wednesday, February 29, 2011 and must be addressed as follows, otherwise packages will be turned away.

Personally Operated Vehicles (POVs):
There will be a designated loading dock for all POVs. This dock is located off of Charles Street that runs between Hall A of convention center and Hyatt Regency. One individual from each exhibiting company is permitted one trip to hand-carry items onto the exhibit floor. Dollies, baggage carts, flat trucks etc are not permitted.
POV Cart Service is also available at $68.00 round trip. Labor equipped with a flat cart will assist exhibitors with unloading (move-in) and loading (move-out) for a maximum of 20 minutes. Arrangements must be made for this service when you arrive at the event.
