Exhibitor Badges
Each exhibiting company is allowed one complimentary exhibitor badge and one complimentary conference badge per 100 sq ft of booth space purchased. Badges requested over this allotment are $15.00 per exhibitor badge and $175.00 per Gold Passport conference badge.
Example: 10 x 20 booth = 200 sq ft: allotment is two complimentary exhibitor badges and two complimentary conference badges.
Order your EMS Today 2012 Conference & Expo Exhibitor Badges. In order to receive your badges in the mail, you must register by Monday, February 13.
Lead Retrieval
Exhibitors may now access their leads from the internet. At the end of the event, ARI will give each exhibitor a login to retrieve leads online. This is applicable with only certain lead devices. Please contact ARI at 972-620-3048 for more information.
The deadline for advanced orders is February 1. After this date, you may order lead retrieval systems, but will be charged the standard price.
